Why should you take the training?

Why both space tourists and suborbital researchers need this training:

  • To relax and be in a calm state despite the G-forces you will experience and everything going on around you
  • To prepare for the psychological and emotional challenges of different flight phases
  • To focus mental acuity and concentration in order to accomplish your own personal mission
  • To create strategies to deal with relationships with other passengers in order to resolve conflicts and maximize experience

What is the training design?

The training is a one day face to face course for up to 6 participants either at a public or private location. At the course, participants will be asked to undergo a number of personal and team exercises to build their understanding of what the suborbital space environment entails and how their personal mission can be achieved.

Participants will learn what the various flight phases are and their associated physical and psychological challenges, along with finding solutions to them. After the course, participants will be asked to practice until their space flight, training their mind using Brainwave Entrainment (BWE) technology. The techniques and the positive effects of the Brain Wave Entrainment program can be re-activated during space flight to give astronauts calm focus during their entire flight, enabling them to have a peak experience and accomplish their personal missions.

Course objectives and deliverables

Objectives

  • To be able to relax in a calm but focused state despite G-forces and other things going on in your flight
  • To prepare for the psychological challenges of different flight phases
  • To focus mental acuity and concentration in order to accomplish mission
  • To create strategies to deal with relationships with other passengers in order to resolve conflicts and maximize experience

Deliverables

  • To learn what a peak experience is and how to create the conditions to achieve one during their space flight
  • To learn how to use Brainwave Entrainment to anchor a calm focused state which can be re-activated during their space flight
  • To learn the “Situational Awareness Flow Protocol”  © for each flight phase and the appropriate response to stay fully present during high stress periods of the flight
  • To be able to create solutions to overcome conflicting objectives with other passengers on their flight
  • To prepare for their future role as social ambassadors when they return from their flight

Target group

This course is for commercial astronauts (either space tourists and/or suborbital research scientists) who will be taking a trip into suborbital space at least 6 weeks after the training. Ideally, this group training is for commercial astronauts who are flying together in the same flight, but it can also be for individual astronauts booked for different flights. In addition, individuals with an interest in commercial space, who have the intention of eventually going into space can also attend the training.

Time investment

A one day training  with at least 6 weeks of follow up practice work to prepare yourself for your suborbital flight into space.

Topics included in Inner Space Training
